In a world where fantasy became a reality, about 80% of this world have a power called Aura while the 20% percent have nothing at all. As time passes on from Years 1 to 7, the people learned to use the Aura to expand and evolve to form the land Alchemia and the first Alcheist Founders.
Fifteen-year-old Xia Starseer always wanted to become a hero, except that there are a few problems. First, he is one of those late bloomers, the last of the apples that need to ripe. The second is that to become a hero, he must attend a private school called Ouroto Private High School. The third, and most important part is to pass an exam to attend, and it isn't the usual written exam that people do in their average school. These exams test the applicant's Strength, Mind, Speed, and Aura, as they are pitted against trials that are considered deadly. Xia was chosen to take on the Heroes Exam, even though he doesn't have any Aura in his body, so why?
There is something about Xia's past that not even he knows: a power that has been buried within him since he was a baby. He must learn to control his Aura to survive the Exams and stop a deadly enemy on the verge of destroying the land of Alchemia.
