Misty's family moves around a lot due to her parents jobs. Her Mom is a fashion designer and well, her Dads a cop. So in other words, her life has been full of stuck up models, her Mother trying to make her look "presentable", not doing teenage things in fear of getting caught by her Father and trying to blend into the background. Yes, that means that Misty Collins has never been to a party, never had a boyfriend, barely leaves the house and never, well, never had friends.

Until her parents jobs cause her to move to a small town called Beach View. There she meets her neighbour, Axel Hunter. He also just moved to Beach View. They become friends, but what happens when Axel becomes popular? Will popularity tear them apart? Or will it bring them closer together?
