Mistaken jewel

Shan Shan saved the hero but the day he woke up he saw her sister. The hero thought that her sister saved his life and immediately proposed to her, promising a world of riches and a brilliant future. When Shan Shan saw the two lovebirds she sneered and walked away, changing her identity and refused to fight.

The hero took her sister back to meet his family and prepare the wedding, but on the way he realised he had been mistaken. The person he loved was not the gentle fairy he first saw when he opened his eyes.

Later, more explosive news circulated. Apparently the General didn't run away after all, he is now bedridden from love sickness. It was actually the bride who had stolen his fortunes and ran away with another man.

The rumour mill in the country ran rampant and numerous women felt heartbreak for their hero's unfortunate situation.

Shan Shan didn't care and enjoyed her carefree lifestyle, roaming from one place to another until one day she was caught by the General. He took one look at her and coldly put her in prison.

Shan Shan thought that was alright, at least they are not entangled anymore, but who would have thought that the General would sneak into her prison cell that night. He knelt and wept for half the night before pressing her down beneath him.

When the General finally managed to corner Shan Shan again, he smiled wickedly and said, "I chased you for so long, don't think that you can escape again, Shan Shan."
