The dragons in Mrian are at war. The throne of the Dewtalons had been fought over, especially when Queen Honor, ruler of the Dewtalons had mysteriously died. Two sisters - Vemon and Poison had been fighting eachother for years. Now, they had each dragged other tribes into the battle, and a particularly fierce one.

Precursory for new readers: this was written after season one of HOTD, I will not be changing anything when season 2 comes out. Also ages are not my strong suite and may be inconsistent but any smut happens when they're both of age Daemon swore a child could never grow in the venomous pit that was his bronze bitch in the Vale. It was the sense of humour of the Gods to give Rhea Royce a child the very image of her absent husband's own mother. The Death of War
I saw the trailer for House of the Dragon season 2 and it just broke my heart how devastated Rhaenyra look. Since I know a lot of what will happen because I read the books. I decided I wanted to write them a happy ending. 😊 This is part of the Dragon's Heir universe. The Gods realize that the Targaryens are about to kill each other, especially after Lucerys's death. They have seen the way Rhaenyra's heart has harden and they want to save them from making more mistakes. The Gods decide to sent Daemon, Rhaenyra and Aemond to another world so they can see there is another path that can be followed. One that does not have to end in death and destruction. All three of them are sent to meet the Dragon's Heir and a different way of life.Complete
