Being put into new foster homes more than once or twice a year because of fighting should have been her first clue about being different. But it wasn't until waking up cold and naked in the woods after a particularly furry dream did I realize that something was wrong.
Finding out I could turn into a wolf made me realize if I didn't get my shit together things would be going downhill fast. The inability to control my anger could now result in someone getting hurt so I'll have to find out exactly how to go about my new reality. It hurt. "L-let me go, you, you're hurting me!" I looked up at him scared, his eyes were now completely dark, and the next thing I noticed were pointed teeth poking out from his lips. I screamed and pushed at him but he didn't budge. I then raised my knee and kneed him between the legs with all my force, and he dropped like a rock, holding his groin. Run. I took my chance.
