Gonna be cliche, this is a Violyn Pirate AU fic, but I will of course be featuring other characters in Arcane as well. Please don't get salty at me for complete disregard of the League of Legends game though, I've only seen the show. The story begins with Caitlyn investigating a recent cargo ship raid and Vi in Prison, anything that occurs before however will be touched back upon via flashbacks. That being said, let's hop to it.

Unfortunately, it happened accidentally, and just as Vi had learned her sister was seriously ill, and was finally starting to get through to her. To make things even worse, she then learns from Caitlyn that her sister will almost certainly be sentenced to death. But Vi isn't ready to give up on her sister so easily, especially not because of some topside laws. Besides, it's just concrete walls keeping Jinx in, and... she doesn't call Vi Fat Hands for nothing... This book took me WAY longer to write than I thought it would. I published a preview book for it as the second Arcane work I put out, and four books later, here it is. Better late than never, I guess. I hope you enjoy it. Caitlyn & Vi: The Void to Fill (an Arcane Season 2 Story) by barigrl

I threw my arm around her. Then lightly grabbed her face as she had done mine before, "shhhh, it'll be ok, I've got you ..." I whispered. I didn't let go... Cover art adapted from @trixdraws and @saskia Starting where Arcane season 1 (Netflix/Riot) left off. We see a romantic take on possible events with Caitlin and Vi after Jinx hurled her rocket at Piltover. Although this follows Caitlyn and Vi closely there's a lot of story development as well that I'm having fun with. Noxus, Zaun... culminating in a massive battle... I loved Arcane. It left off too soon, so I couldn't wait to write a story based on the series. The animations, music and storytelling coupled with emotion from every character was astounding. I'm excited to see the masterful art Riot will have in store for next season. But while we wait here's something to chew on... I'd say this is mature YA (a bit of language) nothing too explicit here. Absolutely loved this series and cannon from the League of Legends world. I may have started playing LoL before it officially launched in 2009 I personally see myself in the 3 protagonists Caitlyn, Vi, and Jinx. Sharing a lot of their strengths and weaknesses. A series of loosely connected oneshots, depicting scenes from the life of Caitlyn and Vi in the following few months after Arcane season 2.
