The commander was kind, too kind as a matter of fact. She would retreat them from battle if 2 dolls were critically injured, even though she knew that their memories were saved and uploaded on to the servers. She was decent at making strategies, but she simply didn't have the heart to see the girls get damaged.

The T-dolls didn't hate her for it, but they were definitely annoyed because of it, they were built for this after all. So they complained to high command, which in turn had the commander removed temporarily so that the dolls could experience someone else in command before making a choice of who would lead them.

This had left the commander in a difficult situation.
