No one has any idea who could've done this. Kraang is history, and so is Shredder. The Purple Dragons would never attempt to try anything like this, knowing the turtles were dangerous opponents. So who could've done this? Mikey and Ellie try and figure it out, and they do. But who it is...they thought was long gone.
