Percy just woke up from the last beating he will ever get from the disgusting excuse of a man, by the name of Gabe. But the beating was worse than normal leaving him in the hospital surprisingly still breathing. But aside from being in the hospital and in a great load of pain, Percy was couldn't wait to see the one girl who told the cops and put Gabe in jail for life.
Annabeth, the girl with the gray stormy eyes that he always got lost in, the blonde hair that always smelled like strawberrys, and the smile that would always make his day a million times better. She was the only person that made him happy beside his mother.
But after hearing news that Percy has been put in the hospital Annabeth goes to see him but gets hit by a drunk driver putting her in a coma.
