A long time ago the very first Illumia was born. She was a hero who used her powers to stop the dark forces. One day a new hero shows up called Lucille and they became close. Their children would be the new heroes and so on. Young Selena struggled to use her powers right causing the world to see her as a villain. The Lucille of her era, Macy, took this opportunity to take the spotlight and make Illumia the villain. The new Illumia, Nova, suffers due to being seen as a villain even through her efforts to do good like her mother before.
