To save Earth from its destruction in the next ten years, as the Universal Council has researched to happen, the decision whether or not to capture all humans and supernaturals to make into pets and take away from their planet is being made. 



With outbreaks, disagreements, cracks in the little government Shyviiron has, and unexpected enemies from outside of Shyviiron showing up out of the blue, how much can one planet take before its problems seeps to the rest of the universe?
