After Tommy gets thrown into exile 2.0, everything seems to be going downhill for him. Nobody wants to capture Dream, all terrified of him despite him being wanted for breaking out of prison. After he had endured too much, the tower was built again and he was prepared to end it all. 𝘋𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 was prepared to jump off, and end it all.
