Omega's are hard to find. Male are more than females, so when a male omega is found it usually ends with them being sold off to alphas to use them then sell them again until they're killed.

Izuku was a part of those small few male omegas. He was taken from his mother from the omega protection services as soon as he found out he was an omega before secretly being sold off repeatedly.

During one of his auctions, he sees a pair that just happens to catch his attention. A pair of alpha's that just so happen to be wanting a cute little omega to take home with them.
