After the war against Diamond Steve, Leroy has finally had the chance to settle down for a bit. He's been training other steves to become warriors like him. He still missed Innocent Orange Steve as well as everyone else he had lost in the past but he was finally trying to get over his losses.

But soon he finds out that this world was also active and full of people but they were all very different from him and the other steves.
