Kathryn pushed the window open, and carefully slipped out of the window and onto the roof. Her eyes wandered over to the house next to her family's. A window similar to hers also let out onto a small roof, which was only about an inch away from the edge of her own. Looking back up to the window, she nearly screamed in surprise. A face was looking out at her from the window, that of a boy who couldn't be much older than her.

He gently held my chin in between his fingers, tilting my head up so that our eyes could lock in on each other. "You're so pretty, you make nervous," I quietly confessed. A blush made its way on both of our faces, making laughter fly past my lips. He's so cute. He shook his head and brought the blunt in his hand to his lips, taking a long drag. I curiously looked up at him through my lashes, secretly wanting to try it. As if he knew what was going through my mind, he gripped my face in his hand and bent down, pulling us closer together. My heart thumped against my chest, begging to be let free. "Uh-" He cut me off by placing his lips on mine, making my eyes widen when I felt him allowing the smoke to blow into my mouth. "Inhale," he instructed. ೃ⁀➷ 𝐀 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲; 𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫. ..⃗. ☁️ 𝐀 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

"You got too comfortable with me, doll but I didn't show you what Ace can really do." He mumbled. He broke the eye contact we were having and leaned closer to my neck. My heart beat was racing his and each breath he took sent electricity all over my body. I bit my tongue, scared of what my brain could make me say. "And I don't think you want to know," he whispered so close to my ear sending shivers down my spine. I took a deep breath, trying to collect my thoughts. He moved back to stare into my eyes, wanting to see his effect on me but I didn't give it to him. I smirked, pushed my chin down and looked up at him. "Tell me you don't want that," his darkened eyes clashed with her dazed ones, "Say it, and we'll stop right now. Tell me, and I'll go." Silence hung in the air, the distant hum of passing cars and crickets fading into the night. "Cause I have every intention of making you my wife, the mother of my kids, my everything. I want that. I want you. Understand?" Her eyes welled up, and her lips trembled as she swallowed hard, then nodded quickly, "I want that too." "That's what I thought, baby." ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ Have you ever wished to be a fly on the wall? Some things just aren't meant for anyone else to know. ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ Cerise Rowan tried to keep things simple. Her days were a loop of sleep, eat, study, repeat. She used to claim she valued her comfort, avoiding the truth that change terrified her. With change came anxiety, and her mind, already a delicate balance, struggled to cope. Sleep, solitude, and snacks were her favorite S-words to keep her "mild" disorder in check. Until another one entered her life. Saint Novak lived by two rules: stay comfortable and mind his own business. With his intimidating presence and emotionless exterior, he was a walking 'Caution' sign. He didn't waste energy on anything unnecessary and only did what he wanted. It was rare to capture his attention, and nearly impossible to get under his skin. So what's he to do when he walks into his parlor and is greeted by a new face? A very pretty face. One that stirs desires he didn't know he had? Keep her close, of course.

My Best Friend

"You're leaving for Scotland ?" I asked in astonishment. "When ?" My best friend, Katherine stared into my blue eyes. "Tonight." "Wait, what ? You're leaving tonight and you didn't even tell me earlier ?" No, she wouldn't do this. She must have been joking. She shrugged. Her brown eyes shined under the sun. "I now tell you." "Yeah. Thanks for telling me now." I folded my arms in front of my chest. "But why ?" "I need to start over a new life." She moved her sight away, not looking at me. I shook my head. This wasn't right. "You think that I can manage my high school life without my best friend ?" Her blonde curls were blown in the wind. "Then make a new one." She said still facing Thames. "What ? You are the only one that I can talk about those boys-" She cut me off, "About the boys, don't judge their faces again, please. As I always have said, keep personality in mind." I stood there dumbfounded. What was happening ? "Goodbye, Andy." She then walked away. 2016. January
