When the world goes to shit, what do you think of your chances of survival? The students of Weststone High are about to figure out just that as they get thrust into a world where what was once their peers are now hellbent on tasting their flesh. Follow along while this ragtag team of mis-matched students learn just where they stand in the new food chain with just one single goal: survive. - The world is changed. People panicked and tried to survive for as long as they could. Some made it out of cities the others stayed. Our government fell and militias took control. The Monroe militia took over. Then one day he found electricity again. He used it for bad and soon conquered the whole world. Years later our world now runs on electricity again. The Monroe militia is still in power and they force teens to go into an academy to train as merciless killers. This is where I go. I should be dead. At least, that's what the government officials told me in the super-secret lab where I woke up strapped to a mattress in a windowless room...Sound problematic to anyone else? Like I told the psychos experimenting on me, I've got zero clue how I got my new powers, but I'm sure-as-shit not going to let them turn me into a deadly weapon (or squeeze me into a spangly jumpsuit). Problem is, I'm not so great at controlling whatever the hell it is I've become...Not to mention I'm on the run from my country for a teensy-weensy act of treason while being chased by a shadowy masked mute who may or may not have superhuman abilities too (but is definitely stupid hot under his off-putting disguise). If you would get the chance to learn about another world and in return to find someone in yours, would you accept it? When three friends accidentally discover about the existence of a different world, they are giving two choices: go home and pretend nothing happened or help to find a person that lives in the same city as them and learn more about that unknown place. When you are given such a chance, you are taking it no matter the risks (especially when you love supranatural stories) Little did they know that finding that person wasn't their only problem. Soon, they start discovering more about "the other world", for example it might actually be connected to theirs.

As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise.
