Willow and Spencer didn't ask to cross paths. Spencer wasn't looking for someone to understand him. Willow wasn't looking for someone to help her. In fact, Willow probably would've been content to live out her days the same way she always has. But when a serial killer goes on a spree in your hometown, and you're a fourteen-year-old key witness experiencing severe trauma...well let's just say crossing paths with a kindhearted FBI agent is probably the most good you'll get out of that situation.
