Mental health stories

!!TW!! I will be telling stories of times when my mental health was sky high and what it felt like. My hope is that someone who is also struggling or had/has similar experiences like me will feel less alone and know that others feel the same as they do. The comments will also be a safe space to vent.
!!TW!! In this story I will be talking about SA, SH, panic/anxiety attacks, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, suicide and bad eating habits. I will put a warning at the top of each story.
