This book is very short and I did it while bored this past month. The story started off sweet but I lost inspiration for it and ended it with a "dark turn". I won't be fixing or reading over any chapters, this is a raw book that I would like people to read to get a feel so my initial though process. I've moved into my own projects, I've grown to be more mature, and I've grown out of Changed, in fact, I've sort of taken a slight tint of dislike towards it, I'm still proud of the original book, I won't lie, it was the best I could do in a while, but there's so much better I can write and make. This story helped me create plenty of characters and finetune some already existing character lore I have, in fact, I've been working on an original story for a potential game or animatic utilizing the protagonist of the main book with my refined art skills, it does resemble the original in that it takes place in a facility infested by humanoid-half animal monsters, but that's about it. /// DISCLAIMER END /// Who am I? Who was my family? Where are my friends? Why am I here? This story takes place in an alternate timeline to the Changed video game, but everything remains practically the same. It takes inspiration from Awful Hospital: Seriously the Worst Ever, and combines it with my writing style. This story tries to put aside the transformation fetish aspect of the original game to provide a solid story. Meet our protagonist, you should probably know the drill by now: They awoke at a facility. Weird furry things are trying their best to catch him, but unlike the last person that tried to survive in this facility, he's been lucky enough to have come across several tools to help him out. The story is told through the entries and sketches our protagonist uses to remain calm. This story contains slightly-gratuitous coarse language from our protagonist every so often. Although no sexual content is present in the story, it was built under a furry transformation game, thus it can be slightly uncomfortable to certain groups of people. I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy.
