George has had this emptiness inside him for quite some time now. He was stressed, but couldn't get out of bed at the same time. Dream has the same thing; and knows they are quite similar in that way. So he decides he should fly out to the UK and meet George.
Both wouldn't have thought that this meet up would change all their emotions but heal them as much as it did.
