"I don't understand why we have to move. I love this place mom," I shake out my hair in frustration.
"You say you hate this place any other time," my mom scowls.
"I only say that because it is really hot here," I say. I really want to change their minds but I have no hope that is going to happen.
"We are moving to Ohio and that is final," my dad says leaving the room.
Three weeks later, I wind up in this small town that they call by the name River View. Except there were no rivers! Who names a town that without a river to even view? This town is eerie with the constant rain and tall trees, but the boys here are undeniably gorgeous and I can't help but wonder what they put in the water.
Making friends was never hard for Ella and River View was no exception. Having 3 instant friends, she tries to avoid the male population to focus on her grades. This should be an interesting ride.

I curled under the jungle gym and cried my eyes out. Suddenly a shadow hovered over me. I looked up saw a boy about my age staring at me with a Unknown expression. "Because I know that'll never make friends here" I said quietly. He was quiet for a minute before finally speaking up. "I'll be your friend" he said quietly while looking into my eyes. I smiled a toothy grin. "Really!?" I asked and he nodded his head.
