After the rift calamity was fixed by Clank it's time for recovery however everything isn't better. Memories from the past are tormenting Ratchet and Clank and Rivet and Kit though from a broken dimension themselves will soon find out just how traumatized the two are.
Unknown to all of them another on a different plane of existence had taken up the post of guardian though he may be given a second chance as ratchet's protector when a old enemy makes their return. things will soon become a life or death situation and Ratchet is unsure if he will be ok.

Original Story here on Wattpad. No other accounts made. This story is meant to explain events prior to Rift Apart to build up Rivet as a character. This is meant for imagination only as we don't have a fully done back story for Rivet's behavior, and I don't own Rivet as a character, or the world(s) she shares. Her canon outfit(non-armor) has a scarf to it, despite her living on acid swamp world like Sargasso. Some of this story is told from Rivet's POV, from the POV's of others, as well as just story narration. Things this story is meant to touch on: Rivet's early life before the Resistance. Rivet's reason for eventually joining the Resistance. Why Rivet wears a scarf (not really important, but details are nice..) Her distrust for robots. The loss of her arm. Why she simply refuses to give up. Meeting Pierre Keep in mind, minus her distrust of robots, and the loss of her arm, none of this is canon.Complete
Facets, Book 1: What Is And What Should Never Be
Ratchet and Clank are back on Fastoon, about a year after the events in the game "Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack In Time", and are studying the ruins and looking into lombax culture. They soon discover a research laboratory, containing an ancient portal which sends them careening into an alternate parallel dimension - a place where the normal conventions of behavior, morality, etc. are flipped on their heads, and history has played out somewhat differently. Here they encounter characters who are the opposites of what they are in their own universe, and must deal with each as a result. It will be the beginning of an emotional roller coaster ride for the two heroes! This is the first of what will be a multi-story arc, as Ratchet and Clank stumble through several dimensions while trying to find their way home! PLEASE NOTE: This story has some violence in it, but no gore. There is also a tiny amount of body horror as well as a little cursing. But I hope you'll stay with the story through to the end...I expect you'll be glad you did! (A TFP Ratchet x femme reader fanfiction) A love they thought could never be broken. The bond was erased as Ratchet felt the pain slowly deteriorate away, leaving a forever empty hole in his spark as his lubricated tears leaked down the sides of his cheekplates. It doesn't help that soon into the future, Ratchet will realize just how big of a mistake he made when his supposed offlined sparkmate comes back into his life. Having erased the sparkbond while his lover was in deep stasis, she couldn't file the bond and so her one true love was erased from her processor in an instant.
