Indigo Winters is not crazy. Just because everyone says she's a little cuckoo for cocoa puffs, does not mean its true! Then again, according to Miles Stier, everyone who attends Peterson overnight camp for teens (a.k.a the local adolescent funny farm, loony bin, camp for crazies) is in denial about their lack of sanity in the begining. But who listens to Miles Stier, he's certifiable. Either way, Indigo's best friend, Alex, is convinced that the death of Indigo's father has not caused either of them to drop the basket. But what if indigo is losing it? What if Miles Stier is actually a philisophical genius? What if Alex has been wrong about everything, from the girl he's been desperately in love with since second grade to what contitutes as crazy? What if a summer at Peterson's with the local loonies is just what the two friends need?
