A girl who rarely acts is finally given the time she's wished for. However, what was once a fun day turned into a reality changing journey of new-found love.

"Action!" Joey's face lights up with excitement. "Well hello there, everyone!" Joey exclaimed, jumping with pure and unrelenting joy, "Today we have a special guest. . . Catiana, come over here!" I jump and freeze at the same time. Me? I can't. I'm not supposed to be in this part. "Awe, She's so shy! Joey one sec." Trisha runs over to me and yanks me over to where she had just been. "I- Why are you guys-?" I look at the both of them in udder confusion. "What else, silly? You're a part of the show today!" Joey jumps in joy, laughing and giggling. Just then, he pulls out a long, sharp, curved blade.

64 parts Ongoing

After a year away at Kitty Hawk, Cassie Maybank returns to the Outerbanks with a determination to get her life back on track. To stay healthy, to make her own friends, to live a normal, steady life like every teenage girl should. But after hearing the news of the passing of one of her closest friends, and coming back to the island, she realizes her brother's letters severely underestimated how much had truly changed. A lot can happen in a year. Friends become strangers, brothers become liars. Some enemies become allies, some enemies become lovers. © Inslaytiable | June 22nd, 2023
