It's the second semester of freshman year at Lakeland High School, and to put it simply, there are a lot of problems.
For starters, the stress of having orchestra every day after school for hours on end is like a 900 pound brick pressing Jaya into the ground. That, plus her piles on piles of schoolwork, an unrequited crush, and a possible murder case are making her life seem like a poorly written wattpad story.
Rae is also having a tough time, what with school and her countless secrets. And after an odd incident with a friend of hers called Tiffany, she's certain the obsessive brunette is up to no good.
