In the year 2043, the brewing tensions between Russia and the United States explode into a full scale nuclear war, both countries unloading all their nuclear weapons, devastating the countries and leaving them empty and destroyed. The smoke covers the earth and all animals and plants die out, leaving everyone to fend for themselves. The world enters a nuclear winter, no sunlight, just darkness. Countries turn to anarchy and resources run out. A group of teens are left to fend for themselves a year on from the catastrophic war that ended the world. Can they find other civilization, or will they run out of time and resources, and fall victim to the looming dangers that linger in the dark.

THIS STORY DEALS WITH THE ISSUES OF MURDER, CANNABILISM, AND CONTAINS DEPICTIONS OF GRAPHIC VIOLENCE
