A small tingle starts in my heart, a single second of pins and needles, before a blanket of cold ices over me. Reminiscent, of standing in the icy winter. Your hands shake for a while from the cold, then they are almost paralyzed from pain. Soon you do not feel as if you have hands anymore. This is exactly how my heart feels, and everyone knows what happens when things go numb.
First they freeze over.
You can't feel them anymore.
Next is frost bite.
They turn black, followed by purple.
Last, they die and fall off.
