After an explosion from Gamma Industries, Earth plunged into darkness with more that half of the population wiped out people and animals, now reformed into some sort of creature started roaming around and no there were not friendly. Food, shelter and survival was a fight for but these 5 people were about to change it all.

Thousands of years ago, humans died out. Decades later, the nuclear radiation in certain areas was low enough to not kill the animals, but high enough to change them. They transformed into something better than animals and humans. They became what humans called "furries", no suit required. Eventually, the new, evolved animals built a society not too different from what the humans had. Something was different though. They had a very low probability of evolving again. 1 in 10 million low. These animals were quite rare, and as the centuries passed, they became known as "The Evolved".
