No one knows when this mysterious organization came to be. No one knows what it does or who runs it. All we know is that if we disobey their command, it means certain death.

This is the 'normal' they created for themselves. Dedicate your lives to working for someone, but no one.
And when a criminal, betrayer to the council, threatens to break their normal and reveal the dark truths shadowed by the light the council called 'justice', five teenagers are the only ones left to handle this impending doom.
