What is life like in post-Team Plasma Unova? A young family from Orre is about to find out.
Amber is the only Gym Challenger who came close to defeating the new Orre League Champion, her cousin Zane. She's also the daughter of World Champion Leon. Her husband is an Orrean football player who clawed his way out of poverty in Pyrite Town. They board the plane to Castelia City with their four year-old son Camden and a mixture of excitement and nerves. Will Trip succeed as the Unova Emboar quarterback? Can Amber collect all eight Badges with a four year-old in tow?
The biggest concern of all, however, is... are they really living in a post-Team Plasma Unova? If the old man stalking one of Unova's heroes, N, is anything to go by, they may not be.

Regions: Mostly Unova, but there are references to various original regions based on other American states (hard to avoid when there's football involved!) and the Gharab region, which is based on Morocco and the setting of another story, Pokémon Vanadinite.

This is a sequel to Pokémon Bloodstone and prequel to Pokémon Obsidian. You don't need to read my other stories to understand this one (references to the past will be explained), but I'd strongly recommend it to avoid spoilers and get familiar with all the OCs and families.
