neighborville used to be different, neighborville used to be mature. At least when Ramirez was neighborville's govenor, neighborville's laws allow civilians to own guns and sharp weapons. Plants would have to wear real clothing and where treated like they where people instead of childish soldiers. While Ramirez was leader, the military would have proper uniforms and weapons, such as guns, tanks and jets, anything that was military grade and could kill a basic soldier with a single bullet.
Plants would wear armour that could save their life.
Even the rival military was different. It was run by a soldier that has built himself a giant military by using the pain Ramirez has given him. Now he is out for revenge in a way that is to make Ramirez suffer. But not to kill him.
After several traumatic battles. Ramirez left neighborvilles walls that had separated the world from a different type of zombie no one in neighborville except for Ramirez and his rival had ever seen. This type of zombie is feral and spreads its infection through kills instead of a gas or bioweapon. Made by the smart(ish) zombies that use their own BB guns.
When Ramirez left he gave leadership of neighborville to Crazy Dave. Who banned anything 13+ age cap and told plants to use their natural plant powers. And would tell them to save their cash on food or donate it to human refugee camps. Instead of buying clothes or dave buying his army of millions proper gear
The rival military left neighborville in search of Ramirez and have built outposts across the world.
