After Dostoyevesky's death having Dazai nearly witnessing the death of all of his friends, he finally has an actual change in heart. Despite that, he's plagued with horrid nightmares of everyone dying and all because of him. As always he can't seem to get away from Chuuya either with him being the focal point of every nightmare and it did have an impact on him. Dazai realises he in fact holds strong feelings for the short ginger man. Naturally, of course when one side of double black changes so does the other. All this while trying to deal with 7 missing people and 6 missing families is a lot to juggle. Once partners and lovers in the Port Mafia, Dazai and Chuuya spend the next four years away from one another. After being reunited, the two act as though they were nothing more than bad acquaintances and ex partners. However, when the day that had formally been their anniversary comes around, the two end up together again with the hopes to make it last. The only problem is they have to keep it a secret. Soon, a series of kidnappings and murders start to take up Dazai's time as Chuuya is being assigned to gather information on a possible spy in the Port Mafia. Will the two be able to hold on to each other? Will they be able to hide their renewed relationship or will they be torn apart and labeled as traitors? What does destiny have in store for them?
