Though Adora is undoubtedly intelligent, her confinement in Shadow Weaver's home prevents her from fulfilling her 'lifelong pursuit.' After eleven years of carefully monitored studies, Adora leaves to attend the Brightmoon Institution, an academy founded to educate the brightest minds. There she makes friends....as well as enemies.
