The story is set two years after our protagonists ran away from the crumbling building. Borderline depressed, empty, and disconnected, Valen ceased all forms of battling due to a newfound fear for violence and took up a corporate job. Unfortunately, that was not all she stood to lose as a mysterious power affected the Pokemon Centres and Pokeballs to enforce permadeaths. It is as it was foretold: the curtains will not close until a hero is no more. A bit of a warning, it's meant to be a rather absurd, edgy story of how bad things just happen, people are just doing whatever, and how people are pushed to be "saviours", but some may also find it sort of depressing. I've been told that I describe my thoughts in an uncomfortably visceral way which I never realised. So, if you feel sick, please stop reading right away. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the Pokemon appearing in the story nor the items (Pokeball, Potions, gym badges, etc.) or moveset and some location (Sunnyshore City) as they belong to Gamefreak and Nintendo. However, all of the characters are mine, with inclusion of an invention (The Flying Flower) and a new territory where the story is set.

If you haven't played Pokemon Legends Arceus I recommend you do (If you have the access to) is a great game and I do not wish to spoil anything to anybody, if you can, play the game and then read the book. After failing to win in the Kalos pokemon league almost all of Ash's friends and even his own mother betrayed him and when he went to Professor Oaks lab to get his Pokemon he found out that almost all of them betrayed him as well even the newly caught friends from Kalos. Before Ash has a chance to leave though the traitors decided that they would end Ash so they ordered every Pokémon to attack Ash. Meanwhile in the Hall of Origin Arceus called a meeting to see how Ash was doing and when they saw him in critical condition. Arceus has Hoopa bring them to the hall of origin to save them. However the damage had already been done. Ash was barely alive and seeing him like this made everyone upset, one more than the others. The only two loyal begged Arceus to revive Ash but he said he could only do it if he turned Ash into a Legendary Pokémon and Arceus decided to turn Ash into a Latios since he knew both Ash and Latias had feelings for each other

Adaman and Seikatsu found each other thanks to Dialga, but after a little time in the new era, Adaman starts wondering and imaging how Seikatsu and her extremely chaotic trio would have lived in Hisui. He wondered especially about how his relationship with her would have been if they grew up together at Diamond Settlement and how the events that lead them to meet, which caused a time paradox, would have gone if she was already there. In this sequel, where everything is hypotetical, Seikatsu along Latios, Banette, Zoroark and Ravi is native from Hoenn, but she moved to Hisui, where she will have to admit her feelings for the Leader of her own Clan and saving the region from destruction.
