Our story begins in a particularly unlikely place- with the enemy. 

Onwa 'Lsios, a young Sangheili, is a mere seven months from mandatory enlistment in the Covenant's military. 

The Covenant is comprised of many different species. In the year 2524, a  single-manned Human freighter came in contact with a Covenant ship piloted by the Kig-Yar, one of the alien species that makes up the Covenant. The Human and his freighter are never heard from again. In the year 2525, a Covenant ship makes its appearance over the planet Harvest. Peace talks have failed. This is war.All Rights Reserved

When Destiny Burns, Ep. 2 A Halo and Inheritance Cycle Crossover [Discontinued] by 4maram

After an UNSC fleet fell prey to an ancient Forerunner scheme, a lone Spartan is left stranded in a world that he doesn't understand. He gets himself inadvertently bonded to a dragon, marking him as a pawn in a new conflict. He must fight for his life and overcome his own nature to gain allies in a world where nothing makes sense. But war always catches on, burning all it touches. Episode 2: I believe that seeing more than 60 parts in a story makes the readers (or at least me as a reader) feel uncomfortable so I'm dividing in different Episodes: At the Beors, At Du Weldenvarden, The Beggining of the Invasion, New Allies, etc. I suggest to read each chapter entirely to get a better grasp of the plot. Also, there are some scenes of bloodshed and fight, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. There may be some scenes not for children but not until, at least, chapter 35, Episode 3 or 4. Updates once or twice a week. Update: due to incessant uses of bots on Wattpad, i am beginning the process of migrating my stories to other sites, I'm not sure which ones yet, but the prologue for this story just got transferred into "Royal Road" "AO3" and "WebNovel" I will continue to post here on Wattpad for a while longer due to sentimentality. September 23rd, 2560, AI, Naomi Hello captain, to preface the ongoing conflict with the Banished forces, our resources are draining faster than anticipated, Marines, Spartan IV's, and even our Sangheili allies like the arbiter are being affected with the escalating conflict. ONI however is... they're getting on my nerves, they're being more paranoid than usual and I have an idea why, a field report in 2559 was filed during the Spirit of Fire issue, during their skirmises with the Banished, but that's not what's scaring ONI, at least i don't think.. in that report, a squad of marines under interim commander "Major Vaughan" have reported suspicious activity near firebase Omikron... something about a shifting shape with bioluminescent curtains within. a strange report to say the least, but whatever it is it's got ONI's panties in a bunch... AI Naomi, signing out. PS: i apologize but I must advise caution, I believe this universe is far larger than we all anticipated. --------- Authors Note: this Story is going to be INCREDIBLY slow.
