Jade Mountain has seen very successful years, and Pyrrhia is at peace. Scavengers and humans are united, and their cultures have become close. Dragons are now aware of things that you as a reader are familiar with. The Dragonets are now 17, the Jade Winglet is in their teens, and dragons have flooded to become teachers. Jade Mountain has expanded, with new Winglets, new dragons, and... new classes.
Theater Arts is one such class.
Mako has always been a... very dramatic dragon. She is a witty quick-thinker and always has a small quip up her sleeve. She's always been one to be in front of a crowd. She's a pure theater kid if you'd ever seen one.
Jade Mountain is very popular, but due to the new expansions, money is tight. Principal Tsunami knows they have to raise money somehow, so she turns to the theater department to do it.
The dragonets all have to round up and put on a musical like no one's ever seen before, or else Jade Mountain risks being shut down... for good. However, that's not the only problem, and soon, these dragons will have to venture through shadow and light to defeat an evil they thought was long gone.

All other media, unless stated by me (which may not happen except with art or until book two) belongs to their respective owners. He was almost certain that she had some kind of evil inside her, but who would stop her, where was the hero? Turtle didn't know until he met and saved someone, who told him he was the hero. After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined...
