Lydia Monet is forced to leave the Big Apple behind when he father's job forces the family to relocate to middle of no where South Florida! Despite the differences Lydia feels, the one thing she thought would hold her life together ends up threatening to tear her apart.
The orchestra members all hate eachother, minus the violas, who just feel lucky to have their name called in the attendance at the start of class everyday. Lydia can't take it, it's too different than back home.
So with her cello, Lydia decides she has to make a change, but will she alone be able to unite the orchestra before their music assessment, or will they fall apart on stage due to the never ending blood feud between the two violin sections?
