A wealthy person living in the apartment block on the right-side of the border is taking a better look at the other side of the border, from their window. They realise just how large the financial gap between the two sides has such a large contrast, and is trying to understand just how someone could live in such terrible conditions. What do they feel and think about the true reality for those who live in either poverty and those who live in luxury.
