24 year old Hazel has been surviving day to day ever since she was born during The Fall. Her dad left. Her mom was killed. She has no siblings anymore. No friends. She has no one.
Until one day, when she meets Dan. A weird, dorky, and extremely tall guy who has somehow forgotten his past.
With Dan confused about the ways of the world, Hazel decides to bring him along, having to put up with the many questions and awkward conversations.
And that's when the adventure begins. Unlocking the secrets of Dan's past doesn't sound easy, but sure enough, Hazel also has to piece together her family's history. And along the way, they both find something that changes their lives forever.

Startled, Han took out her phone, recording the scene from a distance. "What's going on?" she wondered. Planning to at least send the video to the police. "I shouldn't get involved in a street fight when I just landed here, right? ..." "Ugh ... I don't Know ..." She stepped closer, but what she saw next made her freeze in fear. The group wasn't just attacking the man. They were biting him, tearing at his flesh, their movements jerky and unnatural. Her stomach churned as her mind screamed the truth: "they weren't people.
