Izuku Midoriya, He got diagnosed as quirkless when he was 4 years old. His dreams where shattered and everyone started to treat him different, even his best friend started to bully him. But it was still manageable, because he had 2 loving parents who supported him no matter what. Till they vanished from his life as well. Now he had to life in the house of his neglecting aunt and uncle and abusing cousin. 

But, he was still holding onto his dream, becoming a hero. But that dream was soon crushed by his idol, All might. After giving up on everything he finally listened to his ex-friend words... and took a swan dive of the roof.

But! That wasn't the end of this story. Watch as he gets saved by a mysterious figure and starts to walk the opposite path than he had always dreamed of... the path of a villain.
