The Ember Chronicles

Ember Hale is a soon to be 18-year-old student at Oakview High. Living alone with her mother, Ember's life has been fairly normal her whole life, until she turns 18. Her once normal small-town life is turned upside down when she discovers that not only is her once absent father a magic wielder, but so is she. And not just any magic, but fire magic, one of the rarest types of magic. Ember must learn to juggle school and relationships, as well as her newfound magic and a father that is now back in her life. Magic, family, and mystery mix in this exciting story.
