She works for a non-government agency that tracks down and eliminates notorious killers that are too dangerous or too smart for the government to run after. Jeremy Sykes is a twenty-year old mafia leader and a trained hitman too dangerous for the government. He is the heir to the company and mafia of multi-billionaire Dean Sykes, who turns out to be the most notorious mafia leader out there. Not only is he dangerously good at shooting a gun, but he is also dangerously charming and smart. When they both end up going to the same college, they end up becoming dorm neighbors, much to Jeremy's favor. Jeremy runs from people like Cloe, and Cloe chases after people like Jeremy. Going in circles, they both never seem to reach each other without the costumes they hide under.
