There was a noticeable shift in the atmosphere and in their relationship.
Both girls could feel the shift but neither was sure what it meant. And when they went to sleep that night, the change was still there. But neither of them spoke of it. Both girls were afraid that their speech would make it more real, more tangible, less of an abstract truth and more of a burden.

It's always been Kat and Minnie, Minnie and Kat. But when tensions rise to irreconcilable levels during the winter of their youth, the two girls need to envision a future outside of each other.

"What are these feelings you're talking about?!" he questions still yelling. "That I fucking like you, Daniella Jamie Grey!" I yell. "And I fucking like you too, Arabella May Jhonson!" he yells back. And the next thing I know is that we're no longer yelling. I hadn't even noticed that we went closer and closer to each other until I felt his breath on my lips and his nose nuzzling against mine as he bent to my level, his body towering over mine. I pull him to me and smash my lips onto his and it barely took a second for him to respond to it. ~~~~~ Arabella Jhonson and Daniel Grey unite. How they met each other, you may ask? They met each other because Arabella's cousin and Daniel's father are dating.
