Alexa has always lived a regular life. Trying to follow the life path her parents always hoped for her. Not one of those ones where the parents continue to force the idea on the child. However it didn't make it any more of a choice to start college after high school.
Time goes by and she could never have guessed what adventure was waiting for her around the corner! A new place, a new job, even new people.... with new people there's always a chance for new friendships, new relationships and new problems.... like the lack of labelling the relationship....
Alexa has never had a ton of experience with relationships, at least those that are more than just friends.... however things couldn't be anymore confusing for her in this complicated situation.
In the world of 2022 anyone who's anyone within the age college knows labels are as random and scary as exams can be. Alexa has wanted a strong healthy relationship for awhile now... but when she meets Griffin her goals change. Her entire self changes. Not only is he one of the most interesting people shes ever met, he acts like he might like her... but does he?

This is a story about love and friendship. Friendship can grow so fast, it doesn't matter how long you know that person. If it's right, it's right. Kiara has always been quite lonely. She didn't know what real friendship was like. Until she met Cassandra. Cassandra was that type of friend everyone needs and Kiara was really glad to have Cassandra. They did everything together. Kiara was really depressed before she met Cassandra. She had been bullied and picked on since as long as she can remember. There wasn't even a reason for it and that makes it much worse. After a few years of good friendship, Kiara realized her love for Cassandra took a different turn, she started to have feelings and soon after, she and Cassandra got into a relationship. Life was good. Too good. After graduation, something really really terrible happened. Cassandra got into a car accident. It was really bad. She got into a really bad coma. Now it's three years later and she's still fast asleep. Kiara's life has been on pause ever since. Until- Kiara also got into an accident. Not that kind of accident though.. Kiara accidentally saw things she wasn't supposed to see. Heard things she wasn't supposed to know. The only possible option was to take Kiara with them. And that's when Kiara's life get's off pause.
