Imra Romanoff was heart broken by the death of her mother, Natasha Romanoff, her other mother was Maria Hill. Not many people know that because shields agents personal life were classified. The only ones who knew was the Avengers and Nick Fury. She was adopting by Natasha after she saved her from the red room when Imra was 7 years old. Since Imra loved throwing knives Natasha began to train her when she was 10, lots of training and patience later Imra became a black widow, at least she wasn't trained like an actual black widow. Her sister Harper Romonoff was never trained, but that didn't stop her from fighting like a little badass. 

Nick Fury needed new Avengers so he called Imra Romanoff to make a group of intelligent, powerful, quick, and badass people. So she ask her aunt Yelena Belova to join. Then she went to New York to ask Peter Parker. She went to Sam Wilson and James "Bucky" Barnes to join. She didn't know who else to join so she asked Clint for any ideas, of course he requested the one and only Kate Bishop, she asked her and Kate immediately said yes. So all together, Spider-Man, White-widow, Captain America, Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, and Enchantment were now the new Avengers.

And Steve finally got Bucky back & they have spent the past year back in Brooklyn, traveling the world once in a while & even participating in USO tours and fairs. Everyone tried to move on and rightly so because at the end of the day, that's pretty much what's expected of everyone after any tragedy. Natasha, too has moved on. Not a clue in the world as to what was going on. "Mother" probably dead from a gunshot wound. "Father" watching as they were taken away. "Older Sister" trying to save them, but failing in the end. So they spent the next 21 years, mind controlled. Forced to be assassians. No freewill. That is, until an older widow, cracks the serum. Finds a way to get the girls their minds back.
