This is a story about Daenerys twin brother Lucien. He doesn't want the throne or the home he can't remember. Lucien wants someone he can trust and thrive beside. He follows his siblings to city after city listening to his cruel older brother call himself king. His brother would never be king and Lucien knew it. His life starts to look up when he meets a girl his brother bought to teach his sister to please her new husband. Add a secret only one other Targaryen shared to the mix. Will Lucien make it through abuse, manipulation, and betrayal? Or will he go mad like his Targaryen ancestors.
