Inheritance: Rebirth

50 Years after Inheritance, Eragon has found a suitable training ground for the new riders. After building the residential area, the training facilities and library, Eragon and his company of Elves opened up the island to new recruits. The island was named "Menoa Fell" or Mother Mountain in the ancient language.

4 new riders have come to the island, a dwarf, 2 elves and a human. It seems the eggs preferred to hatch for children, as none of the new riders were born older than 20 years when the egg hatched for them.

Both Eragon and Arya, have been destroying their emotional health over the years, ignoring their blind instincts to see each other again, hoping that over time their feelings would pass. This relentless effort of keeping their emotions for each other out of the way of their duties making the relationships they have built with their companions take a slight dip. Only their closeness with their respective dragons remained as close as ever, if not more.
