Sea Glass takes place over four years and illustrates Alberto's adventures with and without Luca, along with his struggles with his identity, his father's abandonment, his sexuality and his new crush on Luca.

Sea Glass will be split into four parts, with each part containing several chapters. Each part signifies a year and two bonus parts will be added at the end to show the two years where Alberto is 19 and 21 respectively.

A few years pass and Alberto returns home from his schooling to find Luca is off in the world, singing to hundreds of Theatres, bringing in some of the most famous people to listen to him only. He searches for Luca and they instantly click, only this time, now being older they take action in that feeling they once shared for each other. But of course, there's always someone who has their eye on someone else to ruin someone's career. When both are caught they must decide whether they choose to be together or devote themselves to their passions and never be seen in public together. After being in Genova for what felt like so long, Giulia and Luca were finally coming back to Portorosso for the summer. After what felt like ages, the underdogs will finally be reunited, and most importantly, Luca will finally be able to see his best friend Alberto again. Even with this in mind, Luca just feels weird. Is it his nerves? Is he just anxious? Whatever it is, Luca is feeling something he's never felt before. He just can't put his finger on it. Only time will tell.... (Disclaimer: This is set after the events of the movie "Luca". I am writing this story with the mindset that if you're reading this, then you've most likely already seen the movie.
