Katsuki along with his team was in battle. He, Denki, and a few civilians got hit with a quirk that made them fall into a coma. However, in Katsuki comatose state he's also dreaming a world that similar to his reality with a few tweaks. For example at the ripe age of twenty four Pro Hero Dynamight has never had a day off since he graduated from U.A.
