One building stands for one skill that the students will focus on for three months. At the very top of the mountain is the exam for all skills. 

If a person fails to master a skill correctly, he or she repeats the training at the school on the top.

In addition to the mastery of skills, basic subjects like math, native language, and so on are also counted...
